- MZMatthew ZimmermanOct 6, 20242.0I have been going to and have pretty positive experiences with the quick trips in the saint Charles area, but my experience today was pretty poor. i did try and go to the website and see if there was somewhere i could post my feedback there but did not see anything. i ordered breakfast for my family (my experience prior to this is better than most of the fast food restaurants). I don't expect gourmet, but basic and reasonable expectations. if i order a burrito, i want a burrito that i can eat and eat without a fork. if i order a bacon croissant. i expect there to be bacon on it. the stuff that i believe was once bacon appeared to be so charred that it did not look like bacon, or taste like anything but ash. and my breakfast burrito, was double wrapped and had completely come apart in the packaging, basically inedible on the fly. i ended up having to just throw it away. I figurately lit a $20 bill on fire. i will not be going to these locations going forward for breakfast. should have just made my own. the people were very nice, and everything else about the location i did not have issues with.
