Great quick and convenient car wash. The vacuums and windex are nice touches too. Our three cars all have the monthly memberships. There no excuses for having a dirty car now!

I’m very disappointed with this place. I signed up for their special promotion they were heavily advertising online — $10 a month — and even registered two of my vehicles under that plan. When I checked my bank account today, I saw two unexpected charges of $17.41 each. When I logged into my online account, I found out they had changed my plan without my authorization! I immediately called to cancel and request a full refund since they charged me without my approval, but they told me no refunds were possible. That’s unacceptable — they can upgrade your plan and take your money without consent, then refuse to fix it. This feels like a scam and a total lack of customer care. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and warning others to avoid Club Car Wash unless they want surprise charges and no accountability.
