  Horrible quality wash is putting it lightly. Sides of my jeep have brush marks everywhere. The tailgate didn't get anything except damp and somewhat soapy. 1 dollar or not, its embarrassing to look at, and to take ownership of a wash like this would also be embarrassing...

  Went there today, and they made me switch lanes three times. Meanwhile letting several others go before me. Hard pass, not even for their $1 special. I'll go to one of the 100 other car washes around.

  I’m very disappointed with this place. I signed up for their special promotion they were heavily advertising online — $10 a month — and even registered two of my vehicles under that plan. When I checked my bank account today, I saw two unexpected charges of $17.41 each. When I logged into my online account, I found out they had changed my plan without my authorization! I immediately called to cancel and request a full refund since they charged me without my approval, but they told me no refunds were possible. That’s unacceptable — they can upgrade your plan and take your money without consent, then refuse to fix it. This feels like a scam and a total lack of customer care. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and warning others to avoid Club Car Wash unless they want surprise charges and no accountability.

  Went for the $1 Opening promotion. In the line they don’t acknowledge the deal and try to guide you into saying yes to the monthly subscription. They don’t take a no and ask you to explain why you won’t subscribe. This happened twice. Yes the $1 is a loss leader promotion, but don’t do high pressure sales tactics at a carwash.
