  We have three kias, spectra, forte, sorento. Spectra great 300k miles, so we bought a forte, At about 90k on the forte we bought a Sorento. Shortly after, maybe before(My mother is 70 years old and she was driving it)we bought the Sorento The forte has had nothing but issues burning oil excessively. I mean, my Spectre with 300 K doesn’t burn oil as bad, cam phaser issues, and now A rod bearing. The car has 135,000 miles a 2018 and it’s junk. Completely worthless. It will cost more to repair than it’s worth. The problem is Kia knows about this issue and they have done minimal for their customers. I called Kia motors. They said there’s no warranty or recall. They said I’ll have to bring it into the dealer and pay them 250 to diagnose it. What garbage this should be covered. Toyota had Similar issues when I work for them, But the difference is Toyota stood behind their product and it had a campaign open for years Fixing the effected vehicles that were burning oil. Kia has made the owners responsibility to fix it financially. I initially wanted a Toyota, but my mom liked her spectra so she Went back to Kia. Never again will we buy a Kia or Hyundai product! Never never never

  Kris Portnoy was extremely professional and helpful as we went through the process of purchasing a new K4. His professionalism early in the process of picking out a vehicle was one of the reasons we WANTED to come back and purchase a car from him. Once we made the choice of vehicle we wanted, the process was smooth and easy from beginning till end. We never felt pressured and left the dealership extremely happy. We highly recommend Suntrup Kia, and Kris Portnoy specifically.

  My husband brought his car in due to the engine overheating. The first person he spoke to assumed he hadn't bought the car new and that he didn't have an appointment without asking him any questions. Once they looked at the engine they said it was a software issue and not covered by the warranty. They also stated he needed other work done totaling 1000 plus dollars. When my husband retrieved his vehicle he took it to a different shop to see if this was true. The other shop stated that the issues the dealership listed were non existent. We feel lied to and lucky that we did not get scammed. If his engine continues to have issues we will file a complaint with the BBB. We are very unhappy with their customer service and service department.

  My experience at Suntrup was more than I thought a dealership experience could ever be! Adam was helpful and communicative since day 1!! I was just looking and he was there to help. A week later, I was in the vehicle I wanted! Thanks for Dzenis and his knowledge and expertise in the process. I’ve never left a car dealership and not felt exhausted or stressed. I started my process on my lunch break on Friday with a test drive. I completed the credit app while I was there and then came back when I was off of work. Total— 3 hours!! I drove off the lot at 6pm! Thanks Adam and Dzenis and Suntrup!!!
