We own three Kia’s, We bought A third Kia shortly after buying our second one which was a forte. What a mistake we should’ve waited longer because we’ve had nothing But issues with our forte. Kia motors knows that they’re 2.0 L engines burn oil excessively And or have problems with engines.
I have a 2018 forte with 135k miles thats worth nothing now the engine blew because of their crap design.
Kia motors said it’s not under warranty there’s no recalls or campaigns.
To have it taken to the dealer and have them diagnose it for 250.
It’s a $4000 job at At that point, it’s not worth to fix it. I’m stuck with a fairly newer car that’s worth. Zero
So we’re selling all our Kia’s and never buying again!!!! buy a Toyota they Stand behind their product they’ve had similar issues, but they replaced engines For a long time so customers Weren’t completely screwed

I finally decided on a Hyundai Santa Fe & opted to work with Suntrup Hyundai. I set up an appt online to go in to see the vehicle I was interested in, the process was very fast & easy. I had the pleasure of working with client advisor Greg Cole. He was extremely nice & very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He answered all of the questions I had concerning pricing & finance options. And, was a huge help in making me feel comfortable with this really big financial decision I was making. After working with Greg, I then transitioned to Tom Baker in the finance dept. He took his time to ask me questions concerning my expectations on financing & explained to me what my best options would be, inclusive of the coverage plans that would best cover my new vehicle purchase. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience with Suntrup, the service from start to finish was Excellent & I highly recommend this dealership to anyone intersted in purchasing a new vehicle!

Purchased a 2026 Palisade Hybrid from Caleb Sturgeon at Suntrup Hyundai. Fantastic vehicle, styling, quality, fit/trim, excellent MPG, HP/acceleration, AWD and every technology you can imagine. All with a fair trade in and reasonable price for the Palisade. I did my due diligence on the all new Palisade and completing brands. Caleb was patient and very knowledgeable on the new Hybrid. and the competition. He made the decision and buying process stress free with honesty and great communications. Love my Palisade, props to Caleb and Suntrup.

Purchased 2024 Elantra with the help of salesman Caleb several weeks ago. I don't write google reviews quickly or often as I have learned true service comes after the sale. With that said and the honeymoon phase winding down. I would still give the salesman, Caleb and the business manager, Kati five stars. Caleb was attentive, engaging and made me feel very comfortable with a newer intimidating electronic system. Kati, dotted every I and crossed every T. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I received the title and paperwork timely and already have the car titled and plated. Great job guys!
