    We drove up to the city to look at a car listed on the website. We worked with Rebecca Meyer and she was very up front about the issues with the vehicle we initially wanted to see. She helped us find something that fit what we were looking for in our price range, and even answered some questions we had a few days after the purchase. Our whole experience was pleasant, personable, and low pressure. We would definitely consider buying future vehicles from Suntrup and Rebecca!

    If I could give negative stars I would. Had our car serviced under warranty bought from sister site in October. Was told we qualified for a loaner but none were ever available. Had to put the car back in for the same issue and now we are being told they don't do loaners and the vehicle doesn't qualify for a rental eventhough they have had the vehicle for over a week. Lousy service department.

    Setting appointment was easy, decided to drop my vehicle off rather than wait so I had 2 vehicles, one to drop off and one to park to pick up my wife, easy right? WRONG! The entry area is TIGHT and full of vehicles! Half of service entrance is blocked by vehicles and there's no place to park your vehicle to wait, cars driving EVERYWHERE! I guess business is good! Service advisor Acacia was friendly, helpful, and informative of the process. It was neat to get a video of the recommendations, very 'now' with how visual the world has become. Unfortunately, I didn't educate myself and paid $84 to replace an $11 cabin air filter. Trust me, google it, you can do it yourself in 5 minutes, it's behind the glove box which is very easy to remove. Worse yet, I have to take it back because when they did it for $84 it now makes an obnoxious noise when the blower is on and it's likely something dropped down and needs be blown out, I'd expect that if I did it...but to pay $84 to have it 'professionally' done, nope, don't expect it! I'll be out an hour of my time to take it back for them to evaluate it, oh joy! 1 star for the ease of scheduling, 1 star for the staff and video experience, 3-star demerit for charging me $70 for 5 minutes of work and not even making sure it was done right. I'll still go back, it's not the end of the world, will just be more educated before agreeing to their 'recommendations' and hopeful It's a one-time trip, sharing my experiece to benefit others.

    I LOVE YALL SO BAD!! I purchased my Sonata in Georgia and it has been a nightmare since! I mean borderline death trap!!!! After visiting 4 dealerships I had given up on help and a solution UNTIL I CAME TO SUNTRUP HYUNDAI SOUTH: LUCKY #5! This has been the most pleased I have been from my service to being able to speak with a manager who gave me more information and help than Hyundai Motor Company and the prior 4 dealerships than I have received in the past year alone! Even helped with my warranty on my tires with no issue🩷 I swore my sonata was my last Hyundai but these lovely people were so kinda I paid more on my credit cards so I can purchase another car 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣 To the lovely service manager that helped Alex I felt so appreciated that I was heard the first time since I purchased my vehicle! It really means a lot to have a voice!
