- BSBrian SchulerNov 3, 20251.0Out of state drivers beware. They do not understand how other states special plates work. I have a Veteran plate, so it’s my number plus a designation of the type of plate. They gave me a ticket saying I didn’t pay. I put the same plate information from my registration. Had to jump through hoops calling multiple times to have it removed.

And the spaces are so small you can barely get out of the car on either side even if you and the cars next to you didnt over take the lines and are right in the middleof your spot
- LTLauren ThomasJul 12, 20251.0There was a huge convention going on the weekend we were in town. This parking lot is terrible. Lines are not clearly marked. The end rows have no turn around or exit, you literally have to back all the way back out of the rows if you go down them thinking you see a spot. We parked at the end of the parking lot next to massive concrete blocks that were way too close to the parking spot leaving minimal room for a midsize SUV. After a terrible time attempting to park we paid and went on our way. Received a text that I could add time through a link. Our time expired late in the afternoon and we had headed towards the stadium to eat before a game. Our time expired and it would not allow me to extend time or repurchase another 24 hours from my phone. We had to leave a restaurant to walk all the way back to scan a QR code and repay for parking! How is this not an option from the app or website. When people pay for parking they are not always near their car at the expiration time and you couldn’t add time before your time expired. If this is going to be the only option for parking near the convention center at least make it accessible for people to extend time from their phones!

- RSRubina ShaheenApr 29, 20251.0My vehicle was blocked by another wrongly parked vehicle. Took them forever to respond. I missed another appointment. No compensation of any sort by the parking lot. No penalty for the other driver. Simply said we are not responsible.
