I stopped and talked to the manager who filled out a claim on my behalf online. The weather was in the 70s that day and for a couple days leading up to that day, yet the claims agent said that thermal shock caused the crack and that my windshield must have been compromised prior to entering the car wash. Neither of these things are true. My claim was denied and now I'm stuck paying for a new windshield on my own. Will never return or recommend this car wash.

Every single lovation ive been to has different rules 🙄 This location on Hampton is poorly ran and the guy in charge of spraying that bosses all the other guys around, with the knife on his hip. He couldn’t have taken a customer service class at all. The man is rude. And he most likely is stealing tips. He yelled at one of the workers saying dnt put the tips in the tip container. A woman pulled up and asked me to put a $5 bill in the tip container because she couldn’t reach it. Her car was very nasty so i assume she was tipping for it to be cleaned right. I put the tip in the container for her but the worker standing not too far from me was yelled at for it. I will not visit this location again. Ive never had this experience at a Club Car Wash.
