When I spoke to the manager, he filed a claim and told me that in order to get a refund I would have to call the home office. I called the Home office not only did they not have all of my information nor did they review the claim they also wouldn’t give me a refund for the wash. Please don’t use this car wash company go to a touchless wash because their washer will leave scratches on your vehicle. And they’re gonna claim or make it seem as if you’re lying about it.
