  My transmission went out on my driving from work last week I couldn’t get it far so luckily they were close to where I broke down at. I actually had this transmission rebuilt 2 years ago by another shop and I swear I was going to take my truck here because I was driving by this place going to work but the shop I took my truck to was closer and cheaper. Needless to say I wish i would’ve spent the extra with them and I’m certain i wouldn’t be having these problems. These are good honest ppl and I appreciate them for taking time out their hectic schedules to offer me a free diagnostics. Im trying to get the shop I originally got the work done at to correct their mistakes but any future transmissions repairs I’m only dealing with transmissions and more. Thank you guys.

  Customer service is horrible. As is the workmenship. $2k for a transmission rebuild and its been leaking since I picked it up. Brought it back in 2x afterwards and was told they fixed the leak. Nope. Still leaking. Now I have to take it to another shop and most likely pay them to rebuild my recently rebuilt transmission. Avoid this place at all costs.

  The wife and I called to get a price on a rebuild and was given different prices,they wouldnt honor there $975 price that's advertised on the building I even took the transmission to them and installed it ,it lasted ,20,000 miles before it crapped out $1200 wasted now I have to do it all over again I'm taking them to small claims court

  I was vary disappointed that they didn't want to touch my transmission because they told me it was to rusted I thought this was a shop and shops don't come up with lame excuse not to work on a transmission the transmission is aluminum and they have impact wrenches and it's a large truck at that so there's plenty of room to get to transfercase and transmission you wouldn't even need to jack it up to brake the bolts loose and then you could raise it up and if worried to get rust on your face wear a face shield that's what shops are there for and they call there selves transmission and more most shops would just ask for a little more money or if I would remove the transmission for them to rebuild it but they refused to work on it after I already paid and I have the bank statement and the truck starts with no issues and runs strong but I have given my number to and they told me that they didn't have My number and the frame has nothing to do with the transmission and the transmission is aluminum so last time I checked I didn't want u to work on the frame just the transmission I could had pulled the transmission for you guys but you guys said you could do it so I didn't think you guys were going to tow a customer vehicle away after I already paid you guys for it I would think a transmission shop could take care of a transmission that could be done on the ground but because you guys couldn't after I paid you guy your looking at a lawsuit under your expense
