After the test drive (which I requested to go on twice), Jaime spoke with me about my thoughts on the car, and we discussed numbers. I knew I was not buying a car that day and asked for his card. Throughout the next week as I compared the McCarthy car against another car in KC, Jaime kept in touch. We had a good rapport, and he answered all my (what I'm sure seemed like endless) questions with much patience. However, it wasn't in the cards, as the car sold before I made a decision. Although I didn't buy a car from him, Jaime still followed up with an email, thanking me. I received no such call from the salesman from whom I actually did buy a car from. I really wish I could have bought from Jaime. If you can, I highly recommend you do. I hear the service department is top notch too.

He, along with his management team, was able to answer every question or clarification I had. Brian was also very friendly and welcoming as we were finalizing the deal helping me understand the Toyota Care packages, what to have ready to report to my own insurance, etc. I highly recommend McCarthy Toyota if you're at this stage looking for a new or used vehicle.
