I would have appreciated them asking me about my preference before doing it as I would have chosen to rotate sides or do the X, but they went ahead and did front to back without inquiring and I didn't think to say anything beforehand. It wasn't necessarily a speedy service as there weren't any other customers for half of my service and it took 35 minutes. I also thought they used to wash your windows and vacuum as long as you didn't have too much stuff on your floors. They didn't do either of those today.
