I spoke with Shonda Johnson in the service department, and from the very first phone call, she was incredibly understanding of my situation. I live full-time in my camper while traveling for work, so having a working refrigerator is extremely important. Shonda told me to bring it right in and immediately got the technicians started on diagnosing the issue. They quickly found the problem and had it repaired promptly. What started as a stressful situation turned into a smooth and positive experience thanks to Shonda’s professionalism, understanding, and excellent communication. Because of how well she handled everything, I’ve already scheduled another appointment with Shonda and the team to take care of a few other issues with my camper. I truly appreciate her help and the outstanding service from everyone at Camping World in Scott City. Thank you, Shonda, and thank you to the entire Camping World staff!

We are new to the camping world and we were wanting to look at the different classes and sizes of motor homes. This experience started out great with the receptionist. Very nice sweet girl. She asked a sales person to assist us. I think his name was Zack. This is where everything went south. His demeanor from the start was we were interrupting his day by having to do his job. This is the most condescending sales person I have encountered in a long time. I guess he thought because we were causally dressed in shorts and t shirts we had no money. Or that we were not serious buyers. Wrong Zack! In closing camping world or any other future RV buyer we will not be purchasing anything from this company. And I would highly suggest that you don’t either!
