They had to remove a panel for the install from the outside of our vehicle, under our driver side brake light. It has never properly been reattached since the install, and we even took it back for them to try again, resulting in no difference to the issue. Since then we’ve been driving around with this mess on our car. It lets water in and everything. Insanely disappointed in this aspect of the install, and the fact we realize we’re gonna have to pay the dealership to fix the installers mess up.
