On one occasion, I questioned a diagnosis they made, and instead of brushing it off, they took the time to walk me through their process and clearly explain how they reached their conclusion. Most places wouldn’t do that. Recently, when I needed another diagnosis, there was no question where I would go—I returned to Hutcheson. Once again, they took the same care to explain their findings and make sure I understood every step. It was a fantastic experience. My truck is very important to me, and I trust them completely. They are fair, honest, and thorough.

Starting with towing the car from where we had broken down on the highway, they arranged a vehicle for us to drive while our car was repaired, keep us informed every step of the repairs and called as soon as our car was repaired. When we picked it up they had everything ready and it was fixed properly. Everyone there was friendly and helpful!
