  I’ll start off by saying that if this was based solely on the work that was done, I’d give them 5 stars. The car looked fantastic and like it was brand new. However, we ran into some delays - not the fault of the shop at all, but each time it got further out we didn’t get any phone calls about it. In fact, we had to call them each time for more information. More regular check-ins (especially if your car is delayed!) should be the standard and I’m disappointed at the customer service aspect in this regard. A phone call when there’s a change to the finish by date isn’t too much to ask for!

  First let me say that Matt at Rick's Auto Body is kind, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. This is our go to place for almost 20 years and about 5 incidents. When on the road a lot, driving from O'Fallon to Ferguson or Arnold daily and doing weekend shows in all kinds of weather, one tends to experience some things. So we've gotten to know these good folks and have always been satisfied, never displeased. Today they were again gracious and helped me with a parking lot scratch. I recommend Rick's Auto Body whether needing them for an insurance claim or just wanting to get some work done. Thanks, Rick's.
