  The service team at Pundmann is top notch. I have taken vehicles over the years to different local dealerships, but the Pundmann team will get my business moving forward. They tell it like it is, are honest with their assessments, and do what they say they are going to do. Highly recommend if you need service on your Ford vehicle.

  Recently reached out to Pundmann on a new vehicle and had a very nice experience. I wanted a female salesperson as I've had negative experiences at other dealers with men, however, Ethan did a great job. I walked away with a new vehicle and a basic understanding of all the tech. And since the vehicle may be smarter than me, I know Ethan can help if I need a refresh. Financing also was a nice experience with Michael Pundmann. I can definitely see why this dealer has been in business for 100 yrs!

  Campaign Log: The Quest for the Used Van Party entered Pundmann Ford seeking a reliable used van under difficult conditions and with a modest gold purse. Many might have declined the quest… but Jeff Bess, Salesman of the Realm, accepted without hesitation. Jeff rolled a Natural 20 in persistence, honesty, and sheer effort. Despite tough circumstances and a small commission reward, he fought through obstacles, answered every question, and stayed fully engaged from start to finish. No pressure tactics, no shady side quests—just a solid, trustworthy guide who genuinely wanted to help the party succeed. When we reached the final dungeon (Financing), Jacob, Keeper of the Contracts, proved to be a strong ally as well—clear, helpful, and easy to work with. No cursed paperwork. No surprise traps. Quest outcome: Van acquired. Party satisfied. Experience legendary. If fate ever sends me back to Pundmann Ford, I would 100% choose Jeff Bess again as my guide and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone beginning their own automotive campaign. Seriously, if you're looking, reach out to Jeff, he won't disappoint and will likely cause you to look there first next time.

  I had previously left a 5 start review, however that has changed now. This dealership sold me a 2023 F150. According to them they looked it over and said everything was great. Bought the truck and had it towed to my home state. Turns on the rear axel bolt is broken on the truck! Was never told about it and was never informed of the recall on this truck. My local ford dealerships say the part has been on back order since February and recommends not driving it at all until it’s fixed. If you want to trust this dealership to take care of you and ethically do what’s right you can forget about it. Take your business somewhere else.
