I left my passenger side floor mat at the vacuum station and didn't realize it until I went back to the carwash a week later. I called customer service and was directed to the lost and found. The staff member went immediately to look for it. Couldn't believe my floor mat was there! Saved me having to buy a whole new set since you can't just buy one mat! Awesome customer service Team Rolla!

I’m only giving it three stars because I pay monthly for the elite wash and every time I go through when I’m done I have to get out and clean my wheels because whatever’s on the brushes on the wheel shine leaves this black residue all over my white rims. The staff are great and friendly. I know it’s not their fault about the residue on the wheels but it kind of takes away from the convenience of a drive-through car wash that I have to get out every time and wipe the black stuff off my white wheels.

Some people complain that when a location does that it can remove paint on your car!! The location in St Robert has had that accusation leveled at them as well as the Hampton & HWY 44 location in St Louis. Just sayin..........saying........... This location is the best I've encountered as they are not in a bad traffic area and off from the main road. A stress free experience my friend and worth the visit!!!
