    I want to shout a huge thank salesman Jacob, the sales manager Chris, the service manager Mike, and the rest of the team at TLG O'Fallon - mid America Peterbilt. You all killed it in a very reasonable time. Jacob, your the man. Thanks again for putting up with me and helping make this all happen.

    If I had a magic wand, I would make every Peterbilt dealer in America part of the SLG Group! Every Peterbilt/Paccar (Rush, MHC, Dobbs) in the country should be traveling to your door and begging you to teach them how to do business the right way! I've never had a dealer experience like the one at Peterbilt in O'Fallon. I mean in a positive way! After leaving these other dealers, I have had parts falling off, parts left off, and parts installed improperly. I've never felt so at ease, even comforted by a dealer experience like the one this past week. Most of you owner ops know what it's like to be on a shoe string budget and on the verge of giving up. You can rest assured if you pull into TLG in the St Louis area you'll receive A+ service with a smile, and leave knowing you got your repairs done right, and in an extremely efficient time frame! I was in and out on a new clutch like the job was started an hour before I even got there! Super fast! Zack answer my call after midnight and I knew i was taking to the right people. Mike got me checked in first thing in the morning and checked out the next. Thanks for the headgear! That 2025 Veterans Day call is amazing. Shout out to Ron for getting me back on the road! I wish y'all were closer to Texarkana! Eric will sell you a nice truck while you're there. They have a great selection. I appreciate y'all keeping my truck clean too! 😃

    I’ve been in the trucking business for quite some time and have encountered some good and bad situations and occurrences while dealing with other service departments elsewhere when needing my truck fixed. Every single time we have had Peterbilt in O'Fallon, MO run diagnostics and fix issues, they have ALWAYS delivered the very best!! I feel the service dept here really cares about getting your truck back on the road! I have not felt that they ever have suggested something needed that wasn’t with us. These service guys here are truly compassionate, especially owner operator, like myself. From the first initial contact on the phone, to the final result and outcome of the invoice, explaining what was needed and NOT needed. I LOVE this place. And I can't begin to tell anyone how many times they were booked up and squeezed me in when it was only a 10-15 minute repair or issue! I wish I could give them more than a 5-Star on here! Now there are other local places we like too where we get parts, but this review is pertaining to the Peterbilt service dept and our experience as a business! Keep it up Peterbilt! Thank you for keeping us on the road.

    Absolutely incredible experience! I’m a real customer btw! I own Upward Moving Kansas City. I contacted Aaron to do a pre-purchase inspection of my moving truck. He is definition of a professional! Additionally, he saved us thousands of dollars. I absolutely recommend. Don’t think twice about it!
