It only had a half a tank. Nobody let me know that this was needed. He rudely told me that if I was 10 minutes late that they would not be able to do the windshield. For any companies or person looking to get their windshields done by safelite I recommend you take your business elsewhere. The unprofessionalism is in my eyes absolutely uncalled for nobody should work for a company that is customer facing with that kind of attitude towards their customer we have a fleet of over 100 vehicles. This was not the time to play the 10 minute late game.

First, the online appointment system we used failed to be updated with the fact that no tech was available for the day/time we selected. Two days prior to our selected time, a very friendly person called us regarding that issue and updated our day/time. When I received the email notification, I saw that the address on the reservation was no where close to our house address which I had entered online. I called immediately and the customer service rep noted that they're having IT issues resulting in bad addresses. He did note that the correct address was entered by me. He told me he corrected the work order with the correct address. However, when the tech called, he still had the bad address and had gone there resulting in a call to get the correct address. Once again, system issues arose resulting in the delay. Once here, the windshield was installed flawlessly and quickly in spite of the high winds being encountered that day. 5 stars go to the tech installer and resulting new windshield. Otherwise, Safelite needs to address their system issues.
