B.Jul 15, 20251.0‼️ READ BEFORE TAKING YOUR CAR HERE ‼️ Dennis absolutely WILL break things on your car just to be able to charge you more money and if you refuse to pay it, he will just park it outside broken for you to tow somewhere else. I understand something accidental might happen, but he made absolutely no effort to make it right. An $800 job turned into a $1500 job because he intentionally broke something. I have recordings of every conversation where he openly admitted to breaking it, and then strong armed me into paying it because he knew I had no other choice but fix my car. Please please please take your car anywhere else.

Then, actively admitted to breaking the radiator on my wife’s car and proceeded to tell me that I had to pay for it. A $500-$700 job became $1500. Even offered to pay for the part because stuff happens if he would just cover the labor cost. Was told nope had to pay for everything or “he’d park it out front for us” I’ve been in the customer service business for 20+ years and mistakes happen. However, I do not make customers pay for my or my employee’s mistakes. Own it and fix it. Reprimand the employee for their mistake take the hit and move on.

They told me this should be done by a 4 wheel drive shop. The procedure is the same as 2 wheel drive. Dennis told me he would talk to his transmission person about it and call me back. Never called back. His attitude totally changed when he saw my truck with an out of state license. Apparently they don't want new customers.
