I tried to cancel my membership through the email they had on their website. They “confirmed” the cancellation, and then I was charged 2 weeks later (for the following month). Really, the only reason I gave it any stars is because the lady that helped me over the phone (Taylor) was very kind and helpful.

I travel for work extensively throughout the Midwest by vehicle so anytime I'm near one of their locations, I go for a wash so that the accumulated bug splatter doesn't stay on my vehicle. The idea of being able to go every day and even multiple times a day (some of the places I travel to can be muddy or just plain filthy) makes the membership worth it.
