I notified salesman Nate 4 times to help me resolve the issue with no response. I had a pay to resolve the issue myself. Of course Nate wanted to sell the vehicle but follow-up is also part of the process.

I replied “too low,” and the salesperson asked for a counter — so I responded with something just as absurd as their offer. Instead of ending the conversation professionally, they continued to email me, even after I told them not to contact me again. And to top it off, I received a sarcastic, unprofessional response complete with a childish emoji. This is exactly how Mike Walden from McCarthy Chevrolet in Lee’s Summit conducts business — unprofessional, pushy, and disrespectful. If this is the type of sales behavior McCarthy Chevrolet tolerates, it speaks volumes about their overall customer service culture. I will never purchase a vehicle from Mr. Walden nor set foot in any McCarthy dealership again. I’ll also make sure everyone I know is aware of how this dealership treats potential customers — with arrogance and immaturity, instead of honesty and respect.
