  The staff are great but today was really disappointing. We were 40 deep. What is the point of putting an arrival time if there aren't enough busses to pick up people.

  Used to be a great service I've used for years, now it is absolutely horrid. My plane was scheduled to land at 11:50 it landed at 11:55. When I checked the price for my service at 11:45 during our descent the price was $27. I would have paid at that time but a warning message pops up alerting you that if it takes more than 30 minutes for you to get to your car you will incur additional fees. And given the uncertainty of how long you have to sit on a tarmac potentially I waited, big mistake. Not to mention on previous trips it's taken Park Air Express 10 to 20 minutes to get to the airport. So am I responsible for this time as well? I called at approximately 11:58 and paid at 12:05 in that 10 minutes I had to pay for an extra day bringing my total to $36. When I get to Park Air Express my car is not ready and it was extraordinarily frustrating. If you are going to run a business where you are charging people for an extra day for being late by ONE MINUTE let alone 10 then I should expect to have my car ready when I step off the shuttle. The manager made excuses stating that other people called too I'm sorry but if my plane being 5 minutes late isn't a valid excuse to not be charged for an extra day then there is no excuse as to why my car shouldn't be ready. I have no control over flight times but they have control over only having one person retrieving cars.

  I want to give employee Austin props so that does not get lost… he deserves 5 starts for his service and help that his manager failed to give us. If I could give zero stars to this company I would. Not only did they leave our keys in our truck running our entire (8 day) trip. But when we arrived to figure it out there was zero gas and a dead battery and absolutely nobody did anything to help. Not even the manager Jodie. We were inside for an hour after they kept telling us someone was on their way with gas and that was a complete lie. Nobody ever arrived with gas, They gave us the run around, did not apologize one time, did not try to make it right and instead left us abandoned to figure out how to get gas to our vehicle we left with them. The front desk lady even said we were harassing her when we just wanted answers on how to get our vehicle. Completely unorganized and made us feel like it was our fault. Employee Austin, who gets cars from the lot, noticed the trouble we were in and approached us after he clocked out and offered us a ride off the clock and even offered to pay for it himself. He is the only one who helped. He drove us to get enough gas AND jumped our car for us. Do not go here unless you want your car ruined and treated carelessly.
