- BWBrent WillefordMar 14, 20231.0WORST parking service there is at KCI. Don't waste your time or money on a company who has ZERO interest in providing quality service. Unless you enjoy waiting long periods of time for a shuttle, then waiting more time for them to retrieve your car that you requested in advance on THEIR app only to be told they don't know how it works so you get to wait even more. Finally, you'll be welcomed with reps who couldn't care less about the awful service you just endured and mumble and bumble their way around trying to deliver your vehicle. I will happily pay double to avoid Park Air Express/SP+ Parking in the future. If there was one positive thing about their service, it's that I never have to experience it again.
- RRrashellFeb 27, 20231.0Noticed my car had dent in it that was not previously there. Had management come look at it before I left. They said they would fill out a claim. Multiple phone calls but they refused to fix my car. My daughter had the same thing happen but didn't notice til after she drove off the lot as she arrived late at night & exhausted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and I agree with some of the others, they in fact are Park Air Express but changing name due to negative reviews.

Will be using the parking spot from now on. Also, they changed their name on here to avoid negative reviews. If you are looking for park air express- this is the same company.
