They are slow and I had to bring my truck back because they were not knowledgeable about all the EPA settings. Wasted a total of 6 hours in 2 days plus Jay has no personality worth mentioning. Also overheard fleet manager and Jay gossiping poorly about a local company that just purchased multiple trucks. Not professional.

There service is seriously lacking. I took my truck to get air leak fixed they couldn't find it. Also to get idle shutoff removed and they failed to take it off. They don't follow up once they sell you a truck or give good service in my opinion. I would avoid them completely buy your peterbilt somewhere else.

Pretty disappointed in this place, had an air valve go out and was broke down 800 miles from home. Had no other customers in the place but it took the Five Guys 20 minutes to get me a part and then they charged me $108 for a $24 part. Not a lot of money but come on guys maybe don't bend me over just for the fact you made me wait so long
