Got the oil changed on our '25 HRV. I forgot to make an appointment but service mgr, Nathan Brown got Harvey in the shop and finished within an hour for $65. I asked if they would do a tire rotation at13k, he said they didnt need changing. Roper charges $20 for that service anyway. I asked if we could use 5W30 oil instead of 0W20 weight, but he said it couldnt be changed due to the warranty. This is because we signed up for the lifetime engine warranty. However, other countrys use 5w30 in the same hondas. Thanks

I had an outstanding experience at Roper Honda, and it was entirely because of Michael Blair (Expert Product Consultant). He was exceptionally knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicle, functionality, services, and warranties, all while being humble and genuinely focused on guiding rather than selling.
I came in with my mind set on Toyota and had never even visited a Honda dealership before. The experience alone changed my perspective. When I left, I knew my next vehicle had to be a Honda, and that was 100% because of Michael’s professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way.

Nathan in the service department got the vehicle in before the scheduled time and had it diagnosed and part ordered before I knew it. He communicated throughout the waiting for the part and had the part installed in a timely manner. This work was part of a Honda Manufacture’s warranty and they were able to complete it without anything from me, just the vin.

My experience with the Roper Honda service department was very good. I initially spoke to Nathan Brown, Roper service rep, several months ago about making some repairs to my daughter’s Honda Pilot. Nathan gave me an estimate for the cost of the repairs. Then a few weeks ago I contacted Nathan and told him that I was ready to have the repairs done. I dropped my daughter’s car the night before so they could start first thing in the morning. Nathan kept me updated on the progress through out the day and when the car was done he promptly let me know. Nathan also let me know about a few additional issues the will need to be fixed at a later time. If you have a Honda and need it worked on I would recommend going to Roper Honda and talking to Nathan, he will take care of you.
