I haven’t taken good care of her for a while and I felt guilty so I was going to try to do the oil change myself. But after some consideration, I ended up making an appointment and showed up right on time. I had such a great experience from when I pulled up to the moment I got back into my car. Very knowledgeable, and comfortable presence allowed me to feel like I was in really good hands. I was told everything and was asked if I had any questions and I didn’t because they were all answered. There was no surprises costs or fees, and was about what I thought it would be. It made me feel good because they actually looked at my car, and felt like they took their time with it so I got the best outcome from this. I feel so much better about how my car is performing, and have a game plan for my next visit, and they were able to tie it all together with my car so I know exactly what the past history is. I feel like a lot of shops cut corners but this one went above and beyond. I’m definitely going to come back for future visits

Crazy expensive prices too, twice as expensive as other places. Course they had taken her car and started work before she even saw what prices were gonna be. Were begging her for a 5 star review after. Wouldn’t leave her alone about upsells either. Just an annoying experience.
