I informed them I watched them break my perfectly fine windshield wiper, and I just had it replaced, so it was not old. I asked them to "fix" it, but when I left and started to drive away, my windshield wiper flew off my car. I was able to retrieve it and went back to Jiffy Lube and confronted them for NOT fixing my windshield wiper. They promptly informed me they would fix it but once they did, they tried to charge me for the replacement! I told them I was NOT paying for the replacement when it was their fault it needed to be replaced anyways. Shoddy establishment. I won't be back.
