There was one female employee and two male employees working, and all of them treated customers—especially me—terribly. The female staff member ignored my line completely, making us wait far longer than necessary. It wasn't until I decided to leave that she finally opened the gate. Then, the two male employees sprayed soap directly at me with visibly annoyed expressions. It felt incredibly disrespectful and humiliating. I honestly have no words to describe how upset I was. There are many other car washes in the area, and I'm seriously considering never coming back here again. Do they want to drive customers away? It really makes me wonder. Their behavior was absolutely unacceptable.
