- SBSue BolenSep 17, 20255.0I cannot sing enough praises for Billy Carty, Fixed Operations Director, Allie Tully, (Service Advisor) Master Tech, and Stevan, Head of Service in Asheville, NC. Went to Grain Valley for help since it was on our route from NC to the OR Coast. We’d had the hydraulic pump to our auto leveling system replaced in Asheville, thTwo days into our trip the levelers stopped working. Called Asheville, Chaz said to buy a particular kind of hydraulic fluid to fill up the reservoirq since nothing was registering on the stick when checking it. Went to an RV place and then an O’Reilly’s to try to get it. Decided to call Stevan at Asheville to alert Grain Valley that we were headed there. Allie got us in right away. She said we could bring the 2 cats snd dog inside. Billy Carty was our Service Director. Wow! At first he had a tech check it out. He said we had a split in the hose going to left leveler. They didn’t have to part. We’d have to call ahead to see if Bend, OR had it. At the last minute, he had the Master Mechanic check it. The MM found that the hydraulic fluid pump’s plug had been cross threaded. They were able to find a replacement. Bought more fluid. Then we were on our way! Got to Henderson, NE! Our levelers worked perfectly! Thank you to 2 Camping Worlds that worked together! Also, we didn’t pay a cent. They charged it to Asheville.
