It’s unfortunate that I see the same employees there and it’s retrain every time and they look confused. The blow drying isn’t near as good as it was when it first opened.

The only complaint I have is the lines are ALWAYS extremely long and slow. Also their website isn’t user friendly, you will have to contact them to modify your account. Other companies allow you to add, delete, open or cancel with just a few clicks. I recently cancelled my membership due to the fact that it takes forever!!! To get through the line. I understand it’s the only car wash in town. But it’s quicker to drive down the street to a car wash in blue springs and back. Overall I’ll give them 4 stars based on my experience here
