They don't take no for an answer and will continue badgering you trying to convince you to sign up for a membership. The one recent exception to the good car wash is the last time I was there, they literally stopped the line for 5 minutes (not an exaggeration and was probably longer) so they could do a thorough cleaning of the wheel wells of a very dirty pick up truck while everyone in line got to wait and watch.

- JSJerald SpoonerDec 17, 20251.0Have been a member at Club for many years, washing several different vehicles. I bought a new to me truck back in October and took it to Club 3 days after getting it. The truck is 7’ tall and I was worried about that and when I pulled up to the both the attendant was watching the clearance bar and kept telling me to go forward as the bar was dragging across the roof. She said I would be fine. We made the updates on the account and I went through the wash. It did fit, however that bar that drug across the roof of the truck broke my third brake light on the very top. Something I couldn’t see from the ground. I didn’t notice it till the next week. I filed a claim that took weeks to get back finally saying I took to long to submit. I called the claims department and they said to go up there and have a claim filed at Club. Which I did and another month goes by and nothing. Finally get a call and was told that they didn’t still have video and they would or cover anything. Really no video?? That’s probably because you waited two months to make sure the video was gone. If you have a tall truck that is under what they say they can handle I would stay away from this place. They don’t care and will delay the claim just to make sure it doesn’t get covered. If you do attempt to go make dang sure you check your truck over, especially on the roof and the top of that third brake light.
