- RNRose NicoleDec 20, 20251.0Jiffy lube Fulton Missouri I wish I knew where to post this so that everyone could see what our jiffy lube in Fulton is like for anyone that is thinking of using them I would think highly twice about it my daughter took her car in for an oil change was told it would be $75 when she gets in there they tell her she needs a new battery brakes cabin filter air filter and when she comes out the charger 165 for an oil change and a cabin filter that cost $50 for the filter in the process they cut wires on her transmission and remove them in the process of me dealing with this a manager and an employee that worked on her car no longer there they knew manager tells me that he's going to pull the cameras but there is no way they were under the hood of the car where those wires were and that I could come in and see the videos he takes some pictures of her car at our house goes back to the shop does not contact me for days so I call back he tells me that there are some pictures that he would like to send to me on my phone and I say fine we discuss why he says there was mice that he chewed on her wires I never received the pictures nor was I allowed to come into store and look at the videos of the guys working on her car there are over 6 inches of wine missing from her car took it into a shop and they stayed at the wires had been cut clear and clean and not chewed on by mice at the point of where the cutting end happened but something had chewed on part of the wiring it's funny a manager gets fired an employee gets fired at work on my daughter's car and the new manager is PR trained to push us aside and do nothing about this even after getting a hold of him for over 2 weeks still nothing has been done I suggestion is stay away from jiffy lube in Fulton they are crooks and they will not do the job properly or only the job that you want done and they will not back up anything that their employees do that is not supposed to be done this is not the first time that something has happened to one of my family members vehicles in that shop please anyone reading this posted I wish I knew where all to post it and I hope this company goes under because they are treating women and teenagers very badly by the way this is my daughter's first car and I would have changed the oil if I had not been in St Louis working they seen her coming and I took advantage of her and then they messed her car up and left her without a vehicle this has been going on since October she now has her car back no thanks to jiffy lube they also cut the duck work that goes to her air filter out of the car and remember they would not let me watch the videos that they said they had on camera that everything is recorded when they're working on a car simple fact that comes down to the lyric fault and won't cover it
