The problem is a month later I go to change my bearings and notice I'm missing the very important axle nut from my wheel assembly...this could've been very dangerous.

- BBBiskitCountryOct 1, 20255.0Was stranded on I70 westbound just east of Columbia and called AAA to come pick me and my car up and another tow company was dispatched to come. About 30 minutes in that company declined the call. AAA then contacted CarWhiz and within a few minutes I received a phone call from Brad explaining he was coming from Fulton and apologized for the delay. I explained to him they was the second tow company they had contacted and not only got there as fast as he could be also apologized for the other companies incompetence. Brad did a great job making sure my car was properly secured on his rollback but was explaining everything he did. After loading the vehicle he pulled off on the next exit just to double check everything was secure. Whether it's AAA or you call them directly I'm sure you'll get the same level of service. Thank you Brad for your promptness and level of car you used when towing my vehicle and making my crappy evening a little less stressful.

Greg from Carwhiz responded to my AAA app request before I got a call from AAA and let me know he was on the way and to confirm my situation. (AAA app also provided my location so I would highly recommend having it). Greg towed me to a dealership nearby after giving me some options based on my AAA coverage so I wouldn't end up paying out of pocket. He came prepared with water and a chilled cab on a hot humid evening and ride was worthy of a 5 star on uber. He helped me with the dealership after hours drop off process, recommended a quality hotel nearby, and dropped me off there safe and sound. I would definitely recommend his service and not hesitate if I need to use Carwhiz again myself.
