Don’t know where to begin. Can’t summarize this as wrong place at the wrong time like I would like to. I only chose Dobbs after my first bad experience because they guaranteed it same day, which went from 5:30PM, to 10AM next day, to 1PM, instead.
I was misled numerous times, which became excuses & blame games instead of ownership.
Shawn & Ian were both commendable for their efforts to make it right, but their team, including their GM, completely let everyone down and severed my trust as a customer. Even the courtesy work done was a complete nightmare, causing more issues.. They threw away my old tires that were apparently good (after saying I could keep them as spares), left my headlights on overnight after replacement (with a bulb I had), left my bumper (right side) out of place, and the undercarriage hanging. The tires weren’t even tested, because they were uneven.. The front left side went flat within 2 days of the repair and I’m wondering what else is bound to go wrong.
I have an appointment now with their competitor to assess the damage. Their 1 year warranty is wasted on me because after this mess, I will never come back.
Update:
I had to email them, nobody reached out to me, and the lack of follow up fit the bill for the rest of the experience. It’s been several days now with no response.
My brand new tire on the left front side (that never had a problem to begin with) has flattened 3 times now in 1 week and their lack of care makes it painstakingly obvious that this won’t be handled professionally at a store level.

I had services done at this location and it was not a pleasant experience. I had the radiator, transmission and rear differential serviced. I was told to watch the rear differential for possible leaks and was told if I saw any leaks , "bring it back up and WE WILL FIX IT" First and foremost, my differential WAS NOT leaking when I brought it in. it was only AFTER receiving their service that it started to leak. For a rear differential service, all that is needed is to drain the old fluid and add new fluid. Isn't it odd or peculiar that after getting it serviced that I would find it leaking ? I was told by Bobby that he had to order a gasket for it and that that part wasn't available or it wouldn't be available until the next day. Mind you, my car had already been sitting there for a week and it was the last thing they addressed since I had an issue with the Cluster. I was told that the one who handles their electrical problems won't be in until Thursday. I said, well , instead of it just letting it sit there, fix the differential. I was told hey would but they didn't get to it until the cluster was fixed. Shockingly, their electrician didn't show Thursday. Then I was told it would be Friday. Friday came and was told they would get to it first thing Monday. Come Monday, I was told to talk with Jeff about my car but guess what, Jeff wasn't in because he was sick and NO ONE could tell me the status of my car. Then Tuesday comes and I'm told that the cluster is done but they need to order parts for my differential to get it fixed. I said, well, it's covered under warranty so fix it but he's trying to squeeze me for an extra 300+ due to their labor costs. It's a mere $10 gasket and the job is less than 1/2 hr of work. After talking with Bobby about the matter and how displeased I was with their service he's "arguing with me" and says that he doesn't want to do the repair . I won't be going back and I urge you to NEVER do service with THIS location. Shady people, unprofessional and scam artists.
*** Don't be fooled by the response by Dobb's. It's the typical response to a bad review. My issues were handled by THE MANAGER and now they want ME to call them back to make sure that "I'm taken care of". YOU should be calling ME, the customer, to make it right. You didn't make it right the "first time" and now you want to make it right because of my review ? You should have had more integrity and done the right thing but you chose not to.
