What I don't like about Dobbs is that they tell you when you need struts or shocks for your vehicle that after so many miles your vehicle you have to replace your struts and shocks I took mines in and I know good and well then my car is sitting like it's an asymmetrical high on one side low on the other side the protecting cover boot on it was has has fallen off so debris water and everything else it was designed to keep water and debris out but yet they can't tell me at the end of the day that oh it's not covered under warranty because miles don't matter but when it comes down to we're going to charge $208 just to look at it when you know you got them done there and when you ask about the miles they stutter and look dumbfounded in the face like well even though you're supposed to get your miles done I mean your your shock's done after so many miles it's not covered under warranty but yet there you haven't said anything in the warranty that Miles don't matter but when you bring it in there and they say well after 50,000 miles you supposed to replace your shocks and struts and I know I got way over 50,000 miles and I still own the vehicle they didn't want to honor their warranty so I will never send anybody to Dobbs again

I came to this Dobbs location a few weeks ago due an object being in my tire. The guy at the desk (I can’t remember his name) was very friendly. I told him I had an object in my tire and wanted to get it plugged. He asked if I was going to wait and took my information. After a short wait he came to the waiting area and informed me my car was ready. He said the object had not punctured the tire but was just embedded in the tread (he also showed me the object). I asked what the charge was he said nothing because they didn’t do anything. I said, Praise God, we exchanged pleasantries and I left. I thank Dobbs for being professional and honest, as I had gone to one of their competitors, (where I purchased the tires) F*******e located in Olivette, Mo., the guy took one look at the tire and told me they couldn’t plug it, it was too close to the sidewall. I needed a new tire! Had me at the counter quoting me prices of $200+ for a new tire.

I had a wonderful experience here. The gentlemen who worked there were extremely helpful and friendly. Every interaction I had with their staff from the first phone call I made asking if i could drop my car off to the time i picked my car up was a great experience! They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need! They reset my oil filter notification and showed me how to do it if that happens again. (I just had an oil change 2 weeks ago somewhere else) and then they had my tire fixed and my car ready to go by my lunch break from work!
I will definitely return to this location again!!

As recently around second week of October 2025. I received 4 brand new tires courtesy of Dobbs after installing WRONG TIRES!! I went round and round with management. Upon installing them on or around the 15th of october I was told I would have to pay for an alignment in a forceful way and made me pay up front for it....it was totally odd to pay before hand for service!!! I waited several, no ALL DAY FOR install and wheel alignment .I drove home . I did not drive car again until Friday evening I heard slight clinking on driver side front. It got intense Saturday afternoon, I drove it back to Lindbergh location and begged DeAndre to look at it, He refused and said he was swamped...I said "please can you look at it?) he said no . I looked in his face I didn't see concern. I left and within an hour or less I was simply driving down a road and my car collapsed in the front area where I was hearing the unusual noise!!! I slid and crashed into a curb and was able to get a grip and calm down .!! I managed to drive to a safe area and called Dobbs and spoke to Clint I was livid they showed no concern much....I towed it in right before closing and said an alignment and putting on tires would not have caused this to happen. I knew better!!! He quickly quoted me a price of a strut invoice and all. I eventually retrieved my car by tow. This place is shady at times I demand justice. This isn't all they did to me. Not putting proper quarts of oil in car. They broke my hood release on other car after an oil change!(Same week) They denied but eventually repaired it.(It broke less than a week later!!) I had to pay 100 dollars to get it open!! (I'm so done I'm cooked!!!! Go at your own risk

I want to thank everyone that was involved in my car care. They say it takes a village. I had to bring my car back 3 times to actually get it right. All 3 instances were so pleasant. They kept apologizing and I told them it was all good. Finally on the 3rd try, the Manager took a ride with me so he can feel what I felt when driving. He felt it (I was smiling). He took it to the back area and he personally worked on it. It didn't take long and I was on my way. I have been smiling ever since. I am pleased with the whole process. Thank you Dobbs on Lindbergh!!!!!
