At 7:00 a.m., this is not the type of customer interaction anyone expects to start their day. While I understand and respect Club Car Wash’s policy regarding one vehicle per card, that was not the issue. The concern was the employee’s sarcastic tone, laughter, and visible snickering during the interaction, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. As someone who does not like to stopat this location regularly because it is on my route to work downtown, it is disappointing to encounter this type of behavior repeatedly. A militant or sarcastic attitude does not align with the friendly customer experience Club Car Wash promotes. Customer retention should be a priority for any business, and frontline employees represent the brand. While I do not believe that customers are always right, I do believe that all customers deserve to be treated with respect. Mocking or laughing at a customer is never an appropriate approach and can easily lead to negative outcomes. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity for improvement. A more professional and respectful interaction would go a long way toward creating a better experience for everyone.

The Gate constantly doesnt open and theres NEVER any employee around because theyre hiding inside the backroom 2. NEVER any towels out 3. They NEVER align your tires with the track and the tip car is literally placed in the drive lane. So your car is constantly being jerked / pulled into the lane.
