On one visit, the back side of my vehicle was not cleaned properly, and to make matters worse, I noticed scratches on the front afterward. That alone was frustrating, but the billing issue really added to the disappointment. Despite having an active membership, I was told upon arrival that it had been canceled. I was forced to pay for the wash out of pocket, only to later discover that my membership was never actually canceled — so I ended up being charged incorrectly. The lack of accountability and poor communication is unacceptable. Overall, the service quality and customer care have left a lot to be desired. I expected much better from a professional car wash service.
