  Called on Friday to get a rental from hitting a deer the night before. Reservation was set up by my insurance company. Hade to call five or six times to get ahold of someone. I was informed that they would not have anything available until afternoon on Monday. Received a call from Reid at 1130 say that he would have a suv back right at noon and could we make it closer to 1:00pm. I told him I can’t make it in until 2:30-3. He said they would have more by then. I said perfect and would see him then. Go to the location at 2:40. Reid had another customer and asked me to wait. We sat for about 20 minutes and watch him rent the suv to the other customer. I asked him about it and Reid’s response was that the individual had a reservation before mine. Funny thing is that while waiting, we over head the guy talk about how he just hit a deer the day before on Sunday and that’s why he needed the rental. They had no other vehicles available and he should have something later that day. I asked for a supervisor number or information, Reid informed that he did not have his supervisor information. I then asked him for his business card and my wife asked if we could pick something up tomorrow. Reid then felt the need to inform me that I can leave his office and he would not be renting me any vehicle ever while shutting the door in my face. He told me repeatedly that he had made a mistake and it’s not his fault in the same sentence. He blatantly lied to my face about the reservation from the other individual. Over all horrible customer service. I am willing to say that I was very corse and irritated as I spoke with Reid. Never lost my temper or raised my voice. I informed him that I was very pissed off and not happy at all with any of the situation that he had created.

  Reid was a fantastic host! Very knowledgeable and was very considerate! Lots of knowledge and had a sense of care! Got me through a tough spot! Thanks Reid!

  I wish this weren't the only option for Rental Cars in the area! First off, my insurance was supposed to be paying for the car, I wasn't expecting to pay anything when I picked it up. But oh your insurance only covers $55 per day and this car that we have for you is $56 per day and oh yea we have all these fees on top of it too. Fine, it was like $6 per day, whatever, I just want to get out of here. Okay, well we need a $50 deposit as well, for what? What is $50 going to cover? Okay fine, that's your policy, whatever. So I'm expecting to get $50 back. I dropped the car off literally at 8 AM and was charged for a full day! (I didn't pick it up until after 9 AM 3 days prior.) Okay, so that should have been like $44 back, he even said $40 something when he called me to close it out. I thought I got $30 back... but after reviewing my credit card statement I was CHARGED an additional $30!! These people are just trying to rip people off. Not sure if it's corporate or the local place, but either way I do not plan on using Enterprise again anytime soon! The car itself was fine, really nice actually, no issues there. I just did not like the misquoting of pricing and not having a choice on a cheaper vehicle that my insurance would have covered all of.

  After seeing some of the reviews I was somewhat skeptical about this Enterprise. The insurance company put in the reservation and Reed called me a few minutes later I went to pick up the car and Reed made things easy and enjoyable to rent a Toyota Rav4 Hybrid. I recommend this Enterprise from my experience. It was great and I am happy I went there.
