They performed and charged me for a service I didn’t request, and then dismissed me when I asked about it - saying I needed it and ignoring my saying I didn’t need it. What bothered me even more was when I returned with proof that I didn’t need it, the manager, Billy, was nice and refunded my money, but the guy who’d added the service and argued with me about it in the first place didn’t even show me the courtesy of apologizing - he wouldn’t even look at me. I kept wondering if he would’ve behaved the same way had my husband brought the car in instead of me. Ladies - I wish I’d caught his name so I could tell you who to avoid.
