Chase and the team working on 1/9 and 1/10 were great. Super helpful and timely. I wish I could remember the other team members names but the crew from 1/9 diagnosed my issue and I came back 1/10 and got it fixed. I am brand new to the area and this was one of the first shops I got into, I will be bringing my car back for my oil and maintenance

The company tried to upsell me during a state inspection in a way that felt deceptive and unprofessional. My vehicle was failed for “old” wiper blades, and I was quoted $29.99 to replace them. Only at checkout did I learn this was $29.99 per blade, nearly $60 total, which I felt was excessive. I declined the repair and asked them to undo it. The technician appeared upset and commented that it would “waste my time.” I went to a nearby Walmart, bought a new pair of wiper blades for about $15, installed them, and returned expecting a quick recheck so the inspection could be completed. Instead, I was told they “didn’t have time” to look at the wipers again and that I would need to come back another day for a full inspection. Since checking wiper blades takes seconds, this felt less about time and more about being penalized for not purchasing their overpriced parts. It came across as retaliatory gatekeeping. This left a very bad impression. A state inspection should not be used as leverage to pressure customers into unnecessary or overpriced repairs. If you don’t buy add-ons here, be prepared for pushback and inconvenience. === About a week later, I returned for the reinspection. A different technician briefly checked the wiper blades from the parking lot and passed the car. This made it clear that the earlier insistence on lining up for a full inspection was unnecessary. What added to the frustration was that the salesperson from my first visit did not even realize the reinspection had already been completed and told me to wait for the car to be brought into the shop. I eventually walked over to the vehicle myself and saw the inspection slip already marked as passed. This resulted in yet another unnecessary waste of time.

Appreciate their good attitude and knowledge for fixing a weird problem on my car. They went above and beyond and were priced very reasonable.

Went in for an oil change and they recommended an oil flush. Showed me the oil cap and it was gruggy so I went ahead with the oil flush service. Come to find out oil flushes aren't recommended for high mileage vehicles. I take blame for making the decision but I didn't have all the facts. The mechanic had the facts and still recommended a service that could potentially have costly effects in the future. Never buy their recommendations, stick to the basics.
