    Derek was so kind when my dog locked me out of my car at this location. He waited 30 min with me in the dark to make sure I was safe. Bless that dude!

    Absolutely awful experience. Paid for the $40 vip month service with my debit card when they offered the 50% discount and cancelled before the full price rate started. My card was charged anyway and when I spoke with their customer service to trust and resolve the charge, was told that they would not refund the money and was hung up on by the C.S. representative. The employees at the actual car wash seem nice enough but I’m sick about the lost money and treatment.

    I've had my vehicle washed here somewhere around 25 times roughly. It's well maintained and the staff works hard. When I've had a specific request they are happy to accommodate.
