- JJJacobNov 25, 20255.0Great friendly service. I went with my parents to pick up their camper everyone was helpful and fixed an outside seal issue before leaving. On the way home the wheel bearings were super hot my dad loosened the bearing nut which seemed to help but still warm so we contacted Camping world they came and picked it up and tested it and said that it all looked good now and they returned it no charge. When we decide to get a camper we will be shopping with them.

I took the camper to the lake for the weekend and noticed there were a few minor issues. I took it back to them to have them fixed. 2 months later they call and tell me the camper is finished. We set a time and day to pick it up. I showed up this morning after putting my hitch in the truck in the cold and pouring rain. And they tell me it's not finished. 1st off ive bought 3 campers from this place in the last 5 years. The other 2 didn't have any issues. This is the most expensive one ive purchased. And ive made 2 payments on the camper and I barely remember what it even looks like because it's been in their possession. This will be my last purchase from them unless they make it right. I am sick of tired of calling and asking for service and no one is ever available. Im tired of the lies they feed me and everything else that has came with this experience. If I could leave a 0 star review I would.

Went down our list and explained how to handle some and had the ones fixed that they needed to. He kept us informed of the progress and made certain we were happy. Most excellent service and follow up. Our salesperson Fizzy also did a great job. I highly recommend.
