- RSRyan SandersOct 29, 20251.0I purchased a new camper here 2 months ago to the day. I bought it august 29th and today is October 29th. That was a Friday. I took the camper to the lake for the weekend and noticed there were a few minor issues. I took it back to them to have them fixed. 2 months later they call and tell me the camper is finished. We set a time and day to pick it up. I showed up this morning after putting my hitch in the truck in the cold and pouring rain. And they tell me it's not finished. 1st off ive bought 3 campers from this place in the last 5 years. The other 2 didn't have any issues. This is the most expensive one ive purchased. And ive made 2 payments on the camper and I barely remember what it even looks like because it's been in their possession. This will be my last purchase from them unless they make it right. I am sick of tired of calling and asking for service and no one is ever available. Im tired of the lies they feed me and everything else that has came with this experience. If I could leave a 0 star review I would.

Went down our list and explained how to handle some and had the ones fixed that they needed to. He kept us informed of the progress and made certain we were happy. Most excellent service and follow up. Our salesperson Fizzy also did a great job. I highly recommend.

They acted like they couldn't find my Good Sam membership, when they were looking right at it. A gal there didn't offer to assist me when I asked a question but told me to go ask someone else over there and pointed. I went to those folks and 3 employees flat out ignored me, as they were ringing up the sale of one of the employees. Needless to say I will never go back there and they lost any future motorhome purchases from me. I never saw any of them greet any customer who came through the door while I was there, including me.

No one was going to go out of their way to help us find the item we ordered online that was supposed to be in stock. Finally one young man found it but Now we’re missing parts! Will never shop there again.

Scott showed us those and several others until we found exactly what we wanted. Turns out that it was available at a Camping World 20 minutes away in Kansas City but we drove back thanks to the deal he offered and the great hospitality from everyone in the store.
