If I can give them 0 stars I would. I had my car towed into Dobbs on the third. The evening of the fourth I called and asked them if they got to work on it. Clayton told me yes they changed the battery and they had it out driving and I could pick it up the next morning. I went into dobbs the next morning and asked about picking up my car Clayton said he would be right back, then he comes back and says my mortor was jumping time. In shock. I left it. Because he said they were going to try something else to see if they could get it going. I went back the next day and he said they could not fix it . I said .that's fine I will have it taken somewhere else! They Basically left my car outside with a windows rolled down there were pine needles from one end to the other there was also oil left in my car from then throwing the engine cover on the seats. Before I left he suggested I scrap it uuuuuum oook? .The tow truck arrives and I have it tow it to a place in saint Charles. We arrive to the next auto repair shop the mechanic and tow truck driver remove my car from the truck and they open the hood and dobbs left everything dismantled!! It was awful. Tow truck driver and mechanic told me to call Dobbs and put them on speakerphone And ask them why they returned my car to me that way. Clayton answered the phone and he pretty much started talking in circles. He did apologize, and said what do you want me to do about it. Very rude!! that was worthless. As soon as he found out the mechanic and tow truck driver was on the phone he accused me of acting crazy and just wanted to take my car away from there. that was not true I'm not even like that .I definitely would have waited for them to put my car back together again!!! So I go in the next day to get the tow slip that the tow truck driver left after he dropped mr car odd at Dobbs and they said they lost it. Very strange!!! I can't get over all the lieing all the disrespect. I was treated horribly at this place!! Also. A mechanic from dobbs told me I had a leak in my oil PAN. I had my oil pan changed at Infiniti. Months before all of this. I guess he kind of just wanted to throw something out there and I guess he seen that they had told me I needed to have that done at some point .I guess he figured that I didn't do it !well I did. The oil pan had been changed this is not over!! I posted pictures of how they left it under the hood!!! This place. Lie after lie!! Did you even think to check the fuel pump before giving a customer the worse case sanaro. What kind of mechanics you have employed over there?? You will be hearing from my lawyer

Came in for a no crank/slow crank diagnosis.
Told the guys I had recently pulled codes for crankshaft sensor and replaced it as well as battery and starter
The service manager insisted on changing the crank sensor again and charged me 210$ for basically nothing
When I walked in to pay the bill I noticed the service manager upselling a lady a new air filter that she didnt need ( just like valvoline ) would not recommend to anyone who relies on their vehicles.
Follow up 2 weeks later: I took it to epic automotive and Shane was able to find a ground wire that needed repaired. Car is running again without needing the sensor dobbs insisted on changing
Dobbs manager reached out to me and said he'd " look into getting me a refund " and I have yet to receive one or any further contact. Would not recommend this business.

Wasted my time. Called Monday scheduled appointment for Friday and told them exactly what tires I needed. Was told tires weren't available but would get there and car ready by noon. Received call at 330 saying tires never showed up.

Absolutely worst customer service spot don’t go safe your headache and go elsewhere I went their because had overheating car with broken radiator they made wait then said they will check I told them there is no need to they didn’t listen to it and check it and processed to bring a quote of 1200 then when I decline and said I will towed else where they said for checking the car it was 82 or you don’t leave with car i paid stupid 82 an then paid extra 120 for towed and guess what another dealer do what asked and charges me 350 for the repair thank god was spot ever……
