  I showed up at 6:55am for safety and emissions. At 7am I walked into the shop. I was told they are scheduled out for a week and by appointment only for safety and emissions. There were two managers at the shop. One of them Corey, red-haired and short the other had dark hair and a little bit taller. I mentioned that I don't see any other customers here. I mentioned that I'm here why can't they just get me in. Another manager said they will be coming. I made it a point and said they will be coming is a future-tense statement and I'm here now. I asked where are the appointments, no one is here and you're open, just do my vehicle, its 7am and I'm here, they're not. The manager guy told me, we'll we don't tell them it's at 7am. Which made absouletely no sense to me. I was also told they are short staffed like I'm supposed to feel sorry for them or something. I sat in their parking lot and watched to see where their appointments were for about 30 minutes as I typed this review. To my surprise, only one car was pulled into the shop. This is NOT how first walk-ins should be treated. Dobbs SHOULD NOT falsely advertise that they are open at 7am. And when customers do show up at 7am, turning them away should open up a court case for falsely advertising 7am as their opening time. This is NOT appropriate service for the first customer of the day that physically showed up for service before their scheduled appointments even got here!

  Walked in and got it done that day. They were honest and didn’t charge me for stuff that I didn’t need. Not the cheapest but the cheapest isn’t the best

  I have gotten tires for my 2013 multiple times at multiple places and never had to pay an additional 80 bucks more for a special alignment…never. Left a pretty sour taste in my mouth. It also was maybe 18 minutes between me agreeing to this alignment and them calling to say it’s ready. So, must have been real special. Tires were a good deal and no one said when getting the quote you will need a special alignment for 200 bucks. It’s a 2013 and doesn’t have any fancy technology.
