- ASAdriana SalingDec 23, 20251.0DO NOT GO TO CAMPING WORLD IN BRANSON, MISSOURI. EVER. Our experience with Camping World in Branson was absolutely awful from start to finish. We worked with a salesman named Milo Zittlow, who was nothing but boastful, dishonest, and completely full of promises that turned out to be lies. He was all smiles and talk until the money was taken—then suddenly wanted nothing to do with us. We purchased a camper with the expectation that it would be fully inspected and ready to go, as we were explicitly told. That was a lie. The camper did not even come with an electrical cord to start it—something that was supposed to be included in our package. We had to buy it ourselves just to use the camper, and to this day we still have not been reimbursed. It gets worse. Our refrigerator did not work for the first TWO WEEKS. Why? Because despite assuring us they checked everything before we left, they clearly did NOT check the fridge at all. We were left without a working fridge in a brand-new camper. Completely unacceptable. When we tried to resolve these issues, Branson Camping World was useless. We were forced to try to contact corporate, who told us we would be reimbursed—yet that never happened. Instead, we were made to jump through endless hoops, given the runaround, and ignored. This is terrible service, terrible communication, and zero accountability. Once they get your money, they do not care about you or the problems they created. We live in a very populated area where many people are looking to buy campers, and we tell EVERYONE the same thing: DO. NOT. GO. TO. CAMPING WORLD IN BRANSON, MISSOURI!!!!!!!!!!!! Ironically, we visited the Camping World in Springfield, and the people there were AMAZING—professional, helpful, and honest. We absolutely should have stuck with them. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and regret. Avoid Camping World Branson at all costs. Would have put 0 stars if I could.
