    My wife and I would enjoy shopping for a motorhome without having to go find someone to unlock the door, the salesman gave a lie for a response saying that “insurance wouldn’t allow them “ lol , funny thats not the case at camping world locations elsewhere. We won’t make a purchase from a store that starts out with a LIE! Imagine these folks at an RV show lmao!!

    I bought roof vent covers that didn't even have the hardware to mount them. Yes, they gave them to me, but I had to go back to camping world. That sucked! Not even an "I'm sorry"

    If you need a mobile mechanic, do not use Camping World...190 dollar trip charge... does not include anything else, but the privilege of having a repair man showing up. After all they have to cover gas, and truck costs... and then if they need to take another trip to pick up parts, yes they can charge you another 190 trip cost. It is also 190 a hour for repair cost. There are plenty of mobile mechanics, In Branson who do not charge that price...Google has plenty of them... do your research...ask lots of questions...I thought I did...i was told the first 190 included repair time, apparently not i ended up with a 1040.00 bill... thought it would be closer to 700... but what the heck right... also. If you see a kind reply from Marcos leaving his number, with a great message saying if your not happy, he's not happy...he's a CEO... you'll never talk to him.. but turned over to a special department...

    I hate writing this kind of review. After what we have been through, I find it necessary. This review is ONLY of Branson, MO Camping World. No other CW. We had decided to trade our Class C that we bought new from this CW as we wanted more space. So we were looking for a gently used 5th Wheel. After a lot of research, we found what we wanted down to the model on this lot. We had a great experience with the sales and finance team here a year ago, but this time it went terribly wrong. We looked at the camper and had not yet seen any others. So we were taking our time and not being in a hurry. Of course they want you to buy that day. We asked them to do a 24 hour hold for us as we didn’t know for sure if it was exactly what we wanted due to the fact that they would not hook it up for us and the salesman didn’t know about the camper at all. He told us it was his 3rd day there so we gave him the benefit of the doubt. After looking at several of the same model and getting bids on our camper, we decided to buy the one in Branson. But I wanted to go back and see it again as I was hoping for a more thorough look. Upon looking at it, I discovered missing remotes, Bluetooth speakers, a grill holder, and a few other things that should have been there. So I asked a different salesman (mine was off work) to see what he could do about providing those things. He said straight up they wouldn’t be replacing anything. I’m like this is a $50k purchase and you won’t put in $300-$400 or just a remote? He said no. I wasn’t really happy, but we would have bought it anyway. I went in to service to ask about ordering these things. The new salesman went to his boss, Zac, to tell him I wanted a remote. Zac came and found me at the back of the store and I razzed him about not getting at least a remote. He shoved a paper in my face saying that he had already given me over $20k more for my camper than it was worth (not true—we had looked extensively and it was worth more than he was giving us) and so I was like, it’s a remote…not like a huge expense! He said I’m not buying you a damned remote and his face was red and he stormed off. This happened in front of the service department guys. I was so shocked by how he talked to me wondering if he would have talked to me like that if my husband had been with me. After driving home, and having a terrible night’s sleep, I knew I wasn’t buying that camper. I opened my email and the exact same model camper was there—just elsewhere. I emailed immediately. The person who called me back was so helpful! He went to the unit (even the same model year) and went all through it to see what was there—only thing missing was a TV and they bought a new one!!! Then, he proceeds to tell me they will warranty my appliances and slides and all electronics and lights and everything for two years! I called CW and told them we wouldn’t be buying from them. I got one phone call from someone named Brandon who played dumb and acted like I was still coming for it. I told him the whole story. He didn’t even apologize for his employees’ horrible treatment of me. I knew I would be buying from elsewhere at that time. I had to call 4 times to get my deposit back. The finance dept and the managers would never return my calls. Also when I went back in there, the salesman who was trying to take Robert’s commission said—where do I know you from? I’m like…here. I was supposed to buy a camper. They are all too busy hanging out in each other’s cubicles gossiping and not learning the camper Don’t go to CW in Branson. Not all CWs are bad, but this one has more room for improvement than should be necessary or that I would think is possible. The sweet salesman who has been there a week (Robert) who had tried to help me was the one who called me to tell me they were refunding my deposit. The manager couldn’t be bothered with that either. Sadly disappointed in a business that we should have been able to trust! In my business (sales) we say “Win-Win or no deal!” That is how it should be in all sales.
