Needed to tow a car behind my rv 1 way...aren't these corporate owned???even if they were franchised why wouldn't you be able to?!?!? It seemed strange that all the major name stores ( budget, u-haul, penski) would not rent unless u rented the truck
- TJTim JohnsonMay 29, 20241.0Horrible experience. After renting the truck we dropped it off 1 hour early and filled the tank to the top. We were charged $100 late fee and 8 gallons worth of gas at $6.00 a gallon. I even talked to the guy who checked it in, who was late by 2 hours. We tried to call roadside assistance with no luck. If we would have had a real emergency we would have been in trouble.

And when I dropped off the truck the people were super nice. It was awesome. Will use them again if need be n highly recommended
- SBShelly BryanMar 1, 20213.0I picked up my truck and when we were getting ready to load it we discovered that the truck had apparently been used as a construction truck. There was trash and a lot of concrete dust inside the truck all along the rear bumper and all the way down the loading ramp. My son tried to sweep it out but said it needed to be hosed out. There was no way he could just sweep it and get it all. He eventually put a large blue tarp down so the concrete dust wouldn't get on my belongings.
