I take the entire fleet of vehicles the company I work for owns. I have used a few different shops in the past and haven’t gone anywhere else since coming to jags. Knowledgeable, professional and just extremely helpful group of guys. Wouldn’t take a diesel truck anywhere else. Thanks Jags!

I have brought my 6.7 psd to jags multiple times and every time I have had a great experience, they have always been very timely and professional while having great communication during the whole process. I 100% recommend jags and it will always be my go-to mechanic.

Brought my F350 in for 100k mile service and to have them install an S&S disaster kit. They got me scheduled very quickly and only had the truck for a day. Everything was done as expected. Troy even called a few weeks after to follow up and make sure everything was good. Highly recommend

I was having issues with my jeep wrangler and they got me in pretty quickly, were upfront about the work that needed to be done and were very quick in getting it back to me! The jeep is running better than ever, thank you!! Highly recommend seeing these guys!

Not normally one to leave a bad review but I've been very disappointed with the service I've received from Jags. I've spent well over $10,000 here and every single time I've brought my truck in I get a negative attitude and constant excuses and complaints. Honestly it's like they just don't want your business. I asked for a recommendation on tires and rims and bought them through Jags and the tires have been complete garbage. I've had punctures in the sidewalls multiple times now in ~1 year / less than 15k miles. I was then recommended by Jags to take it to a real tire shop. The new tire shop let me know that the tires I was recommended were not suitable for my intended use.. (I wasn't planning to leave a review until I found this out today) Luckily the new tire shop is very willing to work with me, happy to have a new customer, and assured me they'd have the tires swapped out next day with a tire that will have much better performance for my intended use. Jags recommended and installed a lift kit and I haven't had any issues with it, the ride is smooth and seems like a quality job. This is the ONLY reason my review isn't a 1 star. Edit - Congratulations, instead of taking some responsibility and acknowledging the negative attitude and complaints I received every time working with your company or maybe acknowledge that new tires should last more than 15k miles let's make more excuses for why you couldn't provide good service. All you had to do was take some responsibility apologize for selling me tires that didnt even last 15k miles, I've already replaced 2 and now I've had to replace all of them with a tire rated for the job that is not acceptable, a good shop would offer to make things right on this! Yes you're right I thought my bumper and winch were made to be used, apparently not. Instead of being all defensive maybe find a way to offer a fix, thats what mechanics do. You've now earned your way back down to a one star review and will not see business from me or anyone I know! Way to take responsibility! ***Sorry everyone I guess all you need to do is spend more than $7,599.08 to be treated like a paying customer 😂 what a joke. And fine I'll just tell the full story since you're asking for it! The tires technically made it less than 5k miles because you recommend 4 PLY TIRES FOR OFFROADING IN ROCKY RUGGED TERRAIN!! I drove the truck to Arizona and back, that was it. I replaced one right away and rode the other one with a small leak for quite a while and filled it up on the rare occasion that I drove it for a long trip. Don't admit you guy's messed up, whatever I don't really care at this point, you clearly aren't going to do the right thing and buy these junk tires back. You earned this review so keep treating your customers this way and you'll likely go out of business!
