So, sometimes I end up hanging out until my husband can pick me up and I really appreciate how clean the waiting area is kept. Also, it's unbelievable how clean the restroom stays when you consider all the employees are males. Kirk will take you in the shop and show you the part that is bad or what is causing the problem. Take your car to the dealership and you leave wondering if they took advantage of you. But I don't ever have that feeling or concern when I leave CarX! Besides Kirk, there is another person that is a real super star and helps make the place run smoothly. Juan is knowledgeable, professional and great at diagnosing the problem. He is an excellent mechanic and deserves to be recognized for his expertise. Sometimes we forget to recognize the employees that help make the business as successful as it is.
