She worked hard to not only secure alternate transportation for me just in case, but also had my vehicle evaluated for roadworthiness so I could get home to have it repaired locally. Her efforts were above and beyond during one of my worst days. This company’s kindness, generosity, and grace will not soon be forgotten.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. was not upfront and also was trying to total my car when insurance said it wasnt totaled. when i notified them of closing my claim and coming to pick up my vehicle, they hit me with a 2k bill for storage feed. even thought their policy states that there is not a storage fee UNTIL TWO DAYS AFTER WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED ON THE VEHICLE. so if no work was done on the vehicle, how am i being charged two thousand dollars almost??? TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service, kent and his wife renae were two of the worst people to ever have to deal with. jim was the only reasonable person in this whole situation dealing with them.
