So I took a chance that the unanimous reviews were genuine. Ben carefully researched my problem for days before reporting back, patiently explaining the design flaw. (Wish Toyota would have explained that before we bought the car!) Despite the impossibility of connecting our Kuat bike rack to the car's wiring, I still needed our Walmart-purchased Curt trailer hitch installed. Ben worked us into his schedule quickly, gave me a lift home when I drove the car in, and connected our heavy Kuat bike rack to our newly installed hitch before I could even pick the car up. I learned a lot and paid less than I'd been quoted elsewhere. And, he's a friendly guy! Without question, Ben will get my future business.
