    I purchased a used BMW from Kline Volvo last week. I lived 350 miles from the dealer and was very hesitant on purchasing a car long distance. Paul Sebastian was the sales professional I worked with and he helped make the purchasing process seamless and stress free. The Facetime walkaround and test drive was a creative application of technology which was appreciated. Overall a very positive experience and my wife and I are happy with our new ride. Thank you Paul, Grant and Kline Volvo staff.

    I had such an awesome experience working with Julia in Sales. I was interested in the XC40 and XC60, and she was excellent in helping me understand the difference between both models so I can make the most informed decision and hop into a vehicle that was perfect for me.     Beware don’t come to Volvo unless you want the best customer service you’ve ever seen. My fiancé and I were browsing at the cars and Prescott swept us off our feet right into a Volvo xc40. Felt very comfortable throughout the whole process, no pressure on making same day decisions and he went above and beyond to accommodate my unique situation.

    We drove over 200 miles (one way) for our XC60’s first service appointment under the CPO warranty, hoping to get a couple of concerns addressed in one trip. We specifically requested an oil change, tire rotation and balance, a fix for the passenger grab handle, inspection of the driver’s seat ventilation/bulges, and repair of the CarPlay port. We even called ahead to make sure parts would be available. Right from the start our appointment was only stored in one system (the call center’s), and none of the call-ahead info carried over. We had to re-explain everything at check-in, which made our efforts to plan ahead completely pointless. Once that was sorted, communication, the service advisor and the loaner car were fine, the actual service was very disappointing: • Driver’s seat: We reported restricted ventilation and two hard bumps you can feel while sitting. They denied any issue and nothing was done. • CarPlay port: They told us we were using the “wrong cord” (aftermarket/non-Apple brand), even though it had been working fine for months with multiple different cord types. It worked briefly after service using an Apple cord, then failed again—clearly making it a port problem, not a cord problem. Now we’re stuck without CarPlay until we find time to make another 400-mile trip. • Grab handle: Not fixed because they didn’t have the part, despite us calling ahead with this exact issue. They claimed the system “didn’t transfer our info.” • Tires: They overfilled them to 42 PSI (manual says 35). On our 200-mile drive home, the low tire pressure warning came on. We had to pull over twice on the side of the freeway, release air, and reset the sensors ourselves. • Wash/vacuum: Paperwork claimed the car was cleaned, but it clearly wasn’t—bugs were still on the grille and dirt still on the wheel wells, and there was no evidence of vacuuming the interior either. And on top of all that, the finance department won’t return calls. We’ve left three voicemails over the course of a week asking for a list of what’s covered under our warranty and still haven’t heard back. So after taking off work and driving 400 miles round trip, all we really got was an oil change and tire rotation—things we could have easily done at home. For a luxury brand, this experience and general disregard of our time and concerns was unacceptable. We expected better from the Kline Service department, and next time we’ll take our business to Borton’s Service department.
