- BBBobJun 10, 20161.0Gave them 2 opportunities to balance my tires on my 2015 dodge and they made the vibrations worse...and wouldn't refund my money after 2 attempts. They nstead wanted me to drive 3 hours and return to their shop so they could try it again. Shame on me for giving them 2 shots at it already. Brought my car to a dealer who showed me that Anderson did not remove the factory balance weights before applying new ones. The dealer did it right and removed all weights and rebalanced the right way.I'm on the road again. Anderson technicians are sub-par.
